Joe Johnson Outstanding Service Award Recipients

CSBPA gives this award every year at our fall conference to recognize a deserving coastal scientist, planner, engineer and/or innovator that makes a significant contribution to the advancement of coastal preservation in California. Specifically, the nominee has to have:

1. worked diligently to support the many activities and concerns of CSPBA and/or
2. worked to advance the knowledge and understanding of coastal science and coastal processes, with special focus on California and the west coast.

All recommendations should include one or two short paragraphs, provided to CSBPA's nominating committee that highlight what the Nominee has done either for CSBPA and/or coastal science meriting consideration for the Award. The Awardee will be offered a one-day registration and/or lunch or dinner ticket so they will be able to attend the Award Ceremony.
